My grandma gave me some of her old dishes when I first moved away from home. Growing up, my mom has these same ones except in blue so I have lots of memories of eating with dishes that look like this. I was thinking today about how many meals these dishes must have served!

My mom and my MIL have these in blue, and both sides of my grandparents have them in gold! Such a popular pattern!!! I love it and wish I had some!
