While I didn't get the chance to talk to Heidi at length to learn more about her inspiration, I found it fascinating to examine all the intricate designs she carved.
Photography: It was really nice that the gallery had such concentrated lighting. It was awesome for natural light to do it's magic.
I also read a tutorial last week about adding layers to your photos. Not with photoshop mind you, but layers within the photo. I think this was one of those moments that allowed for that perfectly.
